Rear shock mods

Been reading a lot through here and there and I've been thinking of getting the RacingBros Shicane HLR Edge Rear Shock for my Ducati Scrambler. Anybody got any feedback on this?

I haven't ridden a Scrambler with this specific shock but most reviews I've read are from riders raving about the enhanced control and a more refined ride, especially for those who claimed to be pushing their bike a bit harder! That sounds like a serious improvement for me but again, I have no direct experience!

oh, my coworker uses this rear shock, it's really great, high quality and easy to adjust. the bad thing about it is just that it's expensive lol

The Shicane HLR Edge gives great rebound and compression control, so go for it

well..it sure has a good rep for handling and comfort. A few people I've seen use it swear by the improvement in ride quality. If you're on a scrambler, it should work well, but like any shock, it might take a little tuning to get it perfect.

I've been hearing some great feedback about the Shicane HLR Edge. The fact that it offers 3-way adjustability (both high/low-speed compression and rebound) is definitely a step up from the stock options. The build quality is impressive too, it features forged aluminum construction, a bladder-type design, and delivres smooth damping action. I haven't tested it on a Scrambler myself, but many riders on other bikes say it's a solid upgrade. If you're looking to enhance mid-corner stability and handle bumps better, it's definitley somethin to consider
