Help needed on PIN reset

So here's my problem. I got a 2019 Monster 821 (gorgeous, I know). I am the second owner and the previous owner do not remember the PIN for Melcodiag.
Tried to reset it, but it warned about losing my Termignoni exhaust tune if I reset anything. Any ideas how to resolve this?

Ah, the dreaded PIN issue, of course, the previous owner forgot it... typical. you're right to worry about losing the Termignoni tune, it's not something you want to mess with without backup. I think your best bet right now is to call Ducati or a qualified dealer. They should be able to help reset the PIN without losing the tune, but you might need proof of ownership.

this actually happened to one of my friends, he contacted the ducati dealership and they can reset your pin without losing anything. but even if it lost, they can bring it back
