anyone here using a sprocket retainer?

Curious as to what it does to our bikes. any difference if you have it on? Also if you can recommend brands that i can check out? Thanks!

it's basically there to keep that sprocket thingy stuck tight onto the rod or the case. That way, the chain can grab it properly and all the power goes where it's supposed to go. You don't want that sprocket wiggling around and messing things up!
 
What are we talking about here, crash bars, fuel controllers, air filters? gotta be more specific, but if you mean performance parts, yeah, they make a difference if you're pairing them right. Don't expect miracles from a bolt on without tuning though. Brands? depends on what you're upgrading, DNA for filters, power commander for fuel, but again, context matters.
 
Just adds swap flexibility and maintains proper alignment and brake spacing, doesn't feel like much of a change. I'm content with mine. Good kits can be found in Waynesburg or Lowbrow.
