Anybody here tried modifying their scrambler and lose much of its weight? I love the bike so much but the only problem about it is the weight. Can anyone lead me to which parts I can replace to cut off some weight and which replacements are best for the purpose?

Some mods you can look into are getting a lighter exhaust or switching to a lithium battery. Are you planning on getting lighter wheels, too? If there's budget for it, you can definitely do it. :)

I get what you mean, the weight can feel like a burden sometimes, especially when you're trying to push it a bit harder off road. I've thought about lightening mine too, but it's tough, you start swapping parts, and it's easy to lose that original feel. Maybe look at swapping the exhaust for a lighter aftermarket one and consider swapping the wheels for something a bit thinner. Just don't sacrifice too much of what makes the scrambler enjoyable in the first place.

Try swaping the stock exhaust for a lighter option like Termignoni or Akrapovic. Also, go for forged aluminum wheels, and switch to a lithium ion battery. Carbon fiber parts and lighter handlebars should also help trim down the weight without sacrificing too much comfort..

Technically everything that's not the frame or the engine can go lighter, so it depend on how light you wanna go and how much are you willing to spend. You can remove some things, replace others, but is it worth it?

Yes, many Scrambler owners look to shed weight for better handling and performance. Key areas to focus on include swapping the stock exhaust for a lighter aftermarket system (like Termignoni or Akrapovič), replacing the battery with a lithium-ion version, and upgrading to lighter wheels if budget allows. You can also remove or replace bulky fenders, mirrors, and the passenger seat or pegs. Each change may seem small, but together they can make the bike feel noticeably lighter and more nimble.
