Finding the right clutch for comfort and control

After fighting with cables, levers, and arthritis in my left thumb, I'm converting my 2015 Classic Scrambler to hydraulic using a Ducabike kit. I've got an RCS15 brake now I need help picking the perfect Brembo RCS clutch master cylinder match.

and that's the rcs 16 because it's made to work with that setup. It has the same ratio click system and the piston size is excellent for most hydraulic clutch conversions.
